OUR SOLUTIONS
- Court Construction: Hot premix asphalt bases with with layer works designed by a civil engineer. Our average layer works are about 500mm. We also conduct lab testing to determine soil composition, and soil density at critical stages at the layers work process, (see our website for complete specification).
- Resurfacing: The 12-layer CourtGuard system. Acrylic polymer-based, no bitumen — delivering up to 10 years between resurfacing cycles.
- Maintenance: Tailored plans, regular upkeep, and optional SLA-based services.
- Customisation: Multipurpose layouts (tennis, netball, basketball, volleyball, handball). Accurate sport-specific markings using custom-engineered tools.
- Hardware, & Accessories: posts, nets, protectors, gates, and removable equipment. our in-house engineering department fabricates a lot of our hardware in order to keep costs low and quality high for customers

When I started Plasticourt, it wasn’t just about building courts — it was about solving a problem I saw repeatedly.
Surfaces were cracked, unsafe, and poorly maintained. Players were frustrated, coaches were limited, and schools
or clubs were burdened with costly repairs.
